Cheverly Wedding

Cheverly is a small town in Maryland, close to Washington, D.C., (even though it is a lot more far-out than areas northwest of it.) It was incorporated in 1931 and has 6,433 Residents as of the 2000 census.

It is one of the few cities in Prince George's County that has its own police force and the only town in America with this name.

There is a Washington Metro station in the southern part of Cheverly, on Columbia Park Road. This station is on the Orange Line.

It is home to the Prince George's Hospital Center and the Public Playhouse Cultural Arts Center.
